Speaking Up

Australian Vintage SpeakUp Program

Australian Vintage is committed to fostering a culture that encourages our people to speak up about issues or conduct that concerns them. This could include actual or suspected illegal activity, fraud and corruption, modern slavery, danger to the public or other serious unethical conduct. Suppliers and customers of AVG are also encouraged to report any concerns they see in their interactions with AVG. Identifying potential problems and risks allows AVG to continue to improve the way it does business and provide the best possible service and world class products to our customers and consumers.

We provide trusted avenues and support for those who want to raise concerns.  Our dedicated Speak Up Hotline is one of those avenues. This service provides an anonymous and confidential reporting system and is available to anyone who is (or has been) an employee, director or officer of Australian Vintage, contractor, consultant, grower, supplier, service provider (or their employee or subcontractor) or customer of Australian Vintage.  Our Speak Up Hotline is managed by an external and independent company who is trauma-informed and experienced with dealing with confidential reports and sensitive issues.

The type of concerns that can be reported to the Speak Up Hotline include actual or suspected illegal activity, fraud and corruption, modern slavery, danger to the public or other serious unethical conduct.
