We are thrilled to announce that Australian Vintage has been recognised on the international stage, winning two awards at the 2024 Global Drinks Intel ESG Awards in Cannes, France.

Our commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles and our industry-leading diversity and inclusion benefits continue to set us apart in the global drinks industry.

This focus and drive saw Australian Vintage taking home the Alexander Smith Grand Prix Award for Sustainable Wine Producer of the Year, and the Diversity/Gender Inclusion Achievement of the Year, reflecting the hard work and passion of our teams around the world to ensure we are a leading example of using business as a force for good.

Sustainability Leadership

Our ESG strategy driven by initiatives like B Corp, Sustainable Winegrowing Australia certification, Volunteering benefits, and Transparent Reporting, earned us the top sustainability award. The judges remarked, “This company isn’t just making ESG-related assertions; it is quantifying everything it is saying,” highlighting our commitment to measurable, impactful change.

Diversity & Inclusion Excellence

Our Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging strategy was also recognised along with positive reductions in the gender pay gap and internal development programs, with judges praising Australian Vintage for having “a comprehensive programme of diversity and inclusion activity that shapes many of the company’s internal processes.”
