Mr Davis is Chairman of Monash IVF Group Limited and a non-executive director (and previously CEO) of InvoCare Limited where he spent almost 20 years growing and managing the business. Mr Davis holds a Bachelor of Economics and has a background in venture capital and as an accounting partner for a leading national accounting firm.
Mr Davis has been a non-executive director of the Company since 2009 and currently holds the position of Chairman of Australian Vintage Limited.
Mr Garvin was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director in November 2019. He has extensive FMCG experience, having spent nine years as the Australian CEO of global dairy business Parmalat, overseeing some of the country’s most-recognised brands, including Pauls, Oak and Vaalia. Prior to his time at Parmalat, Mr Garvin worked in the gaming industry, spending three years as the Managing Director of Star City Casino. His consumer goods and retail experience also includes executive positions at Campbell Arnott’s, where he was the General Manager and six years in senior leadership roles at Lion Nathan.
Offering the board expertise in fast growth consumer-facing businesses, Ms Sparks has strong experience at both operational and board level in marketing, branding and customer targeting, with her most recent executive career as Managing Director and Global Partner of M&C Saatchi in Australia. Conversant with consumer metrics, data analysis and monitoring the effectiveness of lead-generation and customer acquisition, sales effectiveness, repeat purchase, profitability and churn. One passion at board level is corporate culture, the role of the board and culture’s impact on productivity and profitability.
Ms Sparks has been a professional non-executive director since 2007, serving on boards of a diverse range of companies including ASX listed and private companies, Government statutory authorities, not-for-profit arts, health and education boards. Ms Sparks is Chair of Openmarkets Group Ltd, and a director of Knight Frank Australia Pty Ltd. She is also Chair of Sydney Living Museums. Ms Spark’s qualifications include an MBA from The University of Melbourne and she is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Ms Sparks is Chair of the People, Remuneration & Culture Committee and member of the Audit Committee.
Offering the board both industry and financial experience, Mr Davies is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has had a 36 year career with Ernst & Young. Mr Davies was elected to Ernst & Young’s Asia Pacific Board of Partners for a six year period until his retirement from the firm in 2011. During his career, Mr Davies provided professional services to many of Australia’s leading wine companies, and he also owns a 150 acre vineyard in Heathcote, Victoria.
Mr Davies is Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Risk and Sustainability Committee.
Mr Perrin brings a wealth of high level wine industry experience as a past Manager and Director of a number of large listed, private and boutique wine companies in Australia, the United States and New Zealand over a 40 year wine career that focused on sales and marketing both in Australia and overseas. Mr Perrin is a trustee and honorary life member of the Wolf Blass Foundation.
Mr Perrin is Chairman of the Risk & Sustainability Committee and member of the People, Remuneration & Culture Committee.

Adam has over 20 years’ experience in a variety of senior finance, commercial, strategic, and operational roles focussed on the manufacturing industry, notably food and beverage manufacturing, agriculture, energy and construction materials. Most recently Adam was the GM of Finance at Adbri Limited and previously he has held roles at companies including Beston Global Food Company Ltd, Santos Ltd, and Pernod Ricard. Having managed small to large teams within complex business environments, Adam creates an entrepreneurial and commercial culture to derive value accretive opportunities.
Julian has over 20 years’ experience in the wine industry. He joined Australian Vintage in 2011 as the Business Manager for UK supermarkets, and has held the position of General Manager UK/Europe since September 2012. Julian previously worked at Sainsbury’s Supermarkets, starting out as a buyer and rising to become head of wine for the group before joining Australian Vintage.
Jeff has over 10 years’ experience in the global wine and spirits industry leading sales, category, trade marketing and cross functional teams. His expertise includes implementing route to market strategies, brand and portfolio optimisation, brand acquisition and sales acceleration initiatives. Prior to joining Australian Vintage, Jeff spent eight years at Pernod Ricard in senior global business development and category marketing roles. He has worked across multiple international markets within the wine industry including ANZ, USA, China, Russia, UK, Vietnam and Thailand.
Alicia joined Australian Vintage in 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice (Hons), Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance. Alicia is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia, a fellow member of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Chartered Secretary. Prior to joining Australian Vintage, Alicia worked as a lawyer at commercial law firm Finlaysons where she specialised in industrial relations.
An experienced winemaker with over 25 vintages across the Australian wine industry, Thomas hails from generations German winemakers. Following a Bachelor of Wine Science from Roseworthy Agricultural College and winemaker roles at some of Australia’s leading wineries, Thomas joined Australian Vintage in 2000 and currently holds the position of General Manager – Winemaking, Sourcing and Planning.
Tom brings more than 15 years of experience across the Australian and UK marketing landscape to the role of CMO, having created, built, and grown brands in the food and drink categories. He has a desire to build positive consumer experiences and business cultures, with expertise including innovation, articulating strategy and plans as well as creating and managing teams. Prior to joining Australian Vintage, Tom held roles at Pernod Ricard, Freedom Foods, Camp Australia, and All G Foods. Tom is responsible for the company’s total marketing and brand strategy across Australia, UK and global markets including North Americas and Asia.
Jamie joined the Australian Vintage winemaking team for work experience in 2005 and never left. Since then he has held several positions throughout the business before taking on Chief Winemaker at the beginning of 2020. Jamie wears many hats and knows the portfolio like the back of his hands. A major responsibility of his, along with championing wine style and quality, is innovation and new product development. Jamie is fluent in unique technologies such as flash détente, electrodialysis and spinning cone column all which draw from his favourite parts of wine including the science, the process and the evolution to assist in producing award-winning, market leading, quality wine and alcohol-free alternatives.
Natasha joined Australian Vintage and the liquor industry in 2018 after spending time across a diverse range of industries. Natasha is an enthusiastic and passionate HR Director with global experience spanning Australia, the UK and Asia. She is responsible for the company’s People, Culture and Safety strategy which involves driving an achievement-based culture whilst ensuring employees’ safety and well-being are at the forefront. Natasha holds a Master’s level degree in HR Management.
