Life At Australian Vintage

Our culture

Australian Vintage has been on a mission to make the company the best place to work, part of this is to build a truly inclusive workplace culture. We want to be a workplace where people can bring their whole self to work and really thrive. Our culture is based on constructive achievement-based behaviours which in turn drives a diverse and inclusive workplace where we are all focused on supporting each other around business outcomes. We believe that if we build an inclusive culture, a richly diverse workplace will come naturally, and Australian Vintage will continue to thrive.

We are committed to our values – working collaboratively, innovative and courageous, nimble and responsive and empowered. We have a consistent set of behaviours to support these values to ensure that our people understand what is expected of them every day and to foster constructive behaviours which result in a successful, high performing team.
