After an incredible 12 months, the Uncorked: Aspiring Leaders Program for 2023/24 has officially wrapped up!

Over the past year, our 22 participants embarked on a journey of growth and development engaging in a diverse range of enriching sessions, including internal workshops with the People & Culture team, external training, and inspiring talks from guest speakers. Together, they formed a strong global cohort, enhancing their skills in leadership, critical thinking, and resilience.

In addition to the formal training, the group gained invaluable experience through mentorship opportunities and peer-to-peer learning, deepening their leadership abilities while building meaningful, lasting connections across our global network.

Throughout the 2023/24 program, our cohort achieved impressive milestones:

• Developed 9+ key leadership skills to elevate their effectiveness.
• Completed 16+ group activities designed to foster strong connections and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Participated in 16 online and face-to-face learning sessions covering a variety of distinct topics.

This annual program empowers AV’s emerging and current leaders to reach their full potential while expanding their networks across our global organisation.
